How long does it take for your orders to ship?

Typically an order can take from 1 – 2 weeks to ship. We usually recommend that you order your dresses 5-6 months before your wedding or event so you or your bridesmaids have plenty of time for alterations.

What if my wedding is under 4 months away?

It is possible to place an order for whatever dresses we currently have in stock on the website. For custom orders or pre-orders we advise you order 5-6 months out.

Why do I need to purchase all of my bridesmaids dresses at once?

It is ideal to have your entire bridal party place their dress orders together. We recommend this because the store will submit the entire order together so the dresses will be made from the same cut of cloth. That way color and texture will be consistent. If your bridesmaids are choosing different dress styles in the same color, keep in mind, dye-lot variations can occur. The difference will not be drastic, but there may be a slight shading difference between styles. Please email us for a custom invoice for your bulk order.

Do you carry bridal gowns?

We do offer “bridal alternative” lines. These are not our traditional bridal gowns, but more low-key options. Typically they are used as reception dresses, destination dresses or for photoshoots. Many of our bridesmaid dresses can be made in white or ivory, and make perfect options for a less formal wedding. We encourage our brides to choose their bridal gown before their bridesmaid dresses. The bride’s dress will determine the style and set the tone for the bridesmaid dresses.

Are alterations included in the cost of the dress?

We do not offer tailoring services but you can consult with any tailor in your area for custom alterations. If you typically alter dresses off the rack, you will probably have to alter your bridesmaid dress.

What size ranges do you carry?

Most of our dresses range in size from 2 to 14, but we do have smaller and larger sizes as well. Please email us if you are looking for a particular dress in a certain size that is not listed. Some dresses do go up to a size 4X in plus sizes.

Do you accept returns?

All of our dresses are made to order. That means the designer dyes the fabric, cuts the pattern, and creates the dress after we place each order. Therefore all sales are final and there are no returns. We do give you 10 days to return the item for an exchange minus the shipping costs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do offer shop pay and you can break your purchase up into 4 payments.

How do I know what size to order?

Please look at the size guide on each dress and go by these measurements. Special Occasion dresses run small so we want to makes sure you order the correct size.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed we do not accept any cancellations for any reason.

Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?

Once your order is placed we cannot change the shipping address.

Do you offer additional colors than what is in stock?

Yes please email us to pre order additional color options.
