- We accept returns for exchange or online credit within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order minus the cost of shipping.
- Items that end in .99 or are marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or on the contact us page.
- Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
- If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Please note that all items must be returned with the tags attached. If we receive your return and the tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return.
If we find any defects, signs of wear, odors or damage we reserve the right to not accept your return. Any unacceptable returns will be shipped back to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
